Avenue of Trees/Duncan Trees Only
a One-Act Play
by
Brian Kokensparger
This play is about a husband and wife who
bring their child to the Avenue of Trees.
Do they find what they are looking for there?
This play can be performed on a bare stage,
with contemporary costuming and
standard lighting.
The trees are played by people, so a minimum of 15 actors
and a performing space
large enough to accommodate
two rows of 5 or more "trees," each row slanting into
mid-stage perspective, are required.
